To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in a sellable condition and its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your return must be approved over email prior to receiving the return.

- Sale / discounted items
- Made-to-order pieces
- Personalised items (engraving etc)
- Pre-order pieces
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will update you via email to notify you of its approval or rejection for refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
If you do not receive the funds owed within a week of your refund being processed, please contact us at email@example.com.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. A claim for a damaged/defective item received must be made within 14 days of receipt via Email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, in some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.
f your tracking number has not been updated after 3 business days, please reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and we will look into it.
WILL I NEED TO PAY TAXES/DUTIES ON MY ORDER?
Orders (excluding those of 4 items or more) within Europe are shipped DDP (delivered duties paid).
Orders placed outside Europe are subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the customer upon receipt of your items.
ARE YOUR OBJECTS SAFE TO USE WITH REAL FLOWERS?
The majority of our Homeware Range is safe to use with water and fresh flowers. However, some finishes are not water safe. Please contact us if you are uncertain and require further information prior to purchasing.

Should marks form we would be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
