CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. A claim for a damaged/defective item received must be made within 14 days of receipt via Email to email@example.com.

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, in some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.
If your tracking number has not been updated after 3 business days, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will look into it.

Orders placed outside of the UK are subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the customer upon receipt of your items.
ARE YOUR OBJECTS SAFE TO USE WITH REAL FLOWERS?
The majority of our Homeware Range is safe to use with water and fresh flowers. However, some finishes are not water safe. Please contact us if you are uncertain and require further information prior to purchasing.

Should marks form we would be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
