WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
 
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to process a return. Following this we are unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in a sellable condition and its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your return must be approved over email prior to shipment. 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON ALL ITEMS?

We do not accept returns on any of the below: 

- Sale / discounted items
- Objects
- Earrings
- Made-to-order pieces
- Pre-order pieces
- Gift-cards

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?


Once your return is received and inspected, we will update you via email to notify you of its approval or rejection for refund.                                                                             
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.                  If you do not receive the funds owed within a week of your refund being processed, please contact us at infoanissakermiche@gmail.com.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER? 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@anissakermiche.com.

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
 
Worldwide shipping (excluding Russia) 
- All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding major holidays).
- Once an order is processed, it is then handed off to the designated carrier for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.
 
- Shipping times:
UK, 1-2 working days
Europe, 5-7 working days
USA, 5-7 working days
Australia, 5-7 working days
Rest of world, 3-7 working days
*Processing and shipping times may vary
*All pre-order and made to order pieces require 35 - 42 days prior to shipment. 

- Once your package is handed off to the carrier, in some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.

- If your tracking number has not been updated after 3 business days, please reach out to us at info@anissakermiche.com with your order number and we will look into it.

 

ARE YOUR OBJECTS SAFE TO USE WITH REAL FLOWERS?

- Our vases and pots are safe to use with water and fresh flowers. However, dependent on the finish of your piece, extra care may need to be taken. Please see the list below of those finishes that must not be dampened on the outside in order to prevent any marks or stains: 

- Terracotta

- Textured / Speckled

- Real Gold

*Should marks form we would be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
