CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. A claim for a damaged/defective item received must be made within 14 days of receipt via Email to customerservice@anissakermiche.com.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Worldwide shipping (excluding Russia and Ukraine) 
- All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding major holidays which can incur delays in shipping).
- Once an order is processed, it is then handed off to the designated carrier for delivery. You will receive a tracking number via Email once your order has been fulfilled.
 
DPD- UK, 1-3 working days £6
DPD- Europe, 3-7 working days £12
DHL Express- USA, 3-7 working days £25
DHL ExpressAustralia, 5-10 working days £25
DHL ExpressRest of world, 7-10 working days £25
*Processing and shipping times may vary
*All pre-order and made to order pieces require 5-6 weeks prior to shipment. 

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, in some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.

If your tracking number has not been updated after 3 business days, please reach out to us at customerservice@anissakermiche.com with your order number and we will look into it.


WILL I NEED TO PAY TAXES/DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

Orders placed outside of the UK are subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the customer upon receipt of your items.

 

ARE YOUR OBJECTS SAFE TO USE WITH REAL FLOWERS?

The majority of our Homeware Range is safe to use with water and fresh flowers. However, some finishes are not water safe. Please contact us if you are uncertain and require further information prior to purchasing. 

Please see the list below of those finishes that must not be dampened on the outside in order to prevent any marks or stains - 

- BISQUE

- TEXTURED / SPECKLED

- REAL GOLD

- HAND-PAINTED FINISHES

Should marks form we would be unable to provide a replacement or refund.
