Terms & Conditions

1. General and Application 

The following terms and conditions shall apply for all contracts between the customer and the Anissa Kermiche about the delivery of goods, which are ordered in Anissa Kermiche online shop under the web-site www.anissakermiche.com.

2. Account 

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account and password and for restricting access to its computer to prevent unauthorised access to its account. The customer agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under its account or password.

The customer should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform Anissa Kermiche immediately if it has any reason to believe that its password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

The customer shall ensure that the details which are provided to Anissa Kermiche are correct and complete. The customer shall inform Anissa Kermiche immediately of any changes to the information that has been provided at the time of registration.

3. Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Anissa Kermiche you are offering to purchase a product, and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to contract with Anissa Kermiche you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. In some cases, delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

All made-to-order and pre-order products are non-refundable and exchange only.

4. Delivery Times & Charges

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Order processing can take up to 5 working days, shipping time is an estimate following this. 

5. Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of jewellery made to your specification (pre-order and made to order) or any headwear, earrings or objects).

To cancel your order you may Email customerservice@anissakermiche.com and we will reply with instructions on returning your goods.

Anissa Kermiche does not cover the postage cost of returning goods except in the case where the wrong product is supplied or in case of faulty/damaged goods being supplied.

Further details of your rights under Distance Selling Regulations are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau. 

6. Returns 

WE HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR NEW ANISSA KERMICHE PIECE(S). IF YOU’RE NOT SATISFIED, YOU MAY REQUEST A RETURN FOR YOUR ITEM(S) WITHIN 14 DAYS. YOU WILL THEN HAVE A FURTHER 7 DAYS FOLLOWING YOUR REQUEST TO RETURN UNSUITABLE ITEMS. 

PLEASE READ OUR RETURNS POLICY CAREFULLY TO ENSURE YOU CAN PROCEED WITH YOUR REQUEST AS SMOOTHLY AS POSSIBLE.

ALL SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS TO SHOW ON YOUR ACCOUNT DUE TO VARYING PROCESSING TIMES BETWEEN PAYMENT PROVIDERS.

ANISSA KERMICHE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RETURN REQUEST THAT DOES NOT ADHERE TO THE CONDITIONS OF ANISSA KERMICHE’S RETURN POLICY.

– ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNUSED, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED CONDITION, WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING.

– JEWELLERY SHOULD BE PLACED INSIDE BOTH ITS ORIGINAL BOX AND A SHIPPING BOX IN ORDER TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DURING TRANSPORTATION.

– THE PACKAGE SHOULD BE SHIPPED FROM YOUR LOCATION WITHIN ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING THIS EMAIL.

ALL PIECE(S) MUST BE RETURNED IN UNUSED AND INTACT STATE, WITH ALL PROTECTIVE MATERIALS IN PLACE.THIS INCLUDES ALL PACKAGING, ACCESSORIES, AUTHENTICITY CARDS, AND DUST BAGS.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND IF THE PRODUCT SHOWS SIGNS OF USAGE. 

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER TO REQUEST YOUR RETURNS NUMBER (RCN), WHICH YOU WILL RECEIVE ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR REQUEST.

ITEMS MUST THEN BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR RETURNS NUMBER (RCN).

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE TIMEFRAME SPECIFIED MAY BE ACCEPTED AT OUR DISCRETION.

TO ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS COVERED BY OUR RETURNS POLICY AND IS NOT DELAYED, ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED USING THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING PROVIDED, HAVE A VALID RETURNS NUMBER (RCN), AND BE RETURNED FROM THE SAME COUNTRY TO WHICH THEY WERE DELIVERED.

ITEMS RETURNED FROM A DIFFERENT COUNTRY MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR BE DELAYED BY CUSTOMS.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER AN EXCHANGE SERVICE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, YOU MUST FIRST RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM AND THEN PLACE A NEW ORDER.

YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE ORIGINAL ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY.

AT ANISSA KERMICHE WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON SELLING LUXURY PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN METICULOUSLY INSPECTED BEFORE WE SEND THEM TO YOU, AS WELL AS WORKING HARD TO ENSURE THAT OUR SIZING INFORMATION IS ACCURATE. 

AS A RESULT, IF WE NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE A HIGH RETURNS RATE ON YOUR ACCOUNT, THEN WE MAY TAKE THE DECISION TO DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL WE CAN UNDERSTAND A LITTLE MORE ABOUT WHAT’S NOT QUITE WORKING FOR YOU. WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL IF WE DEEM THIS AN APPROPRIATE COURSE OF ACTION – OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM WILL HELP TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH YOU.

JEWELLERY:
THESE LUXURY PIECES MUST BE RETURNED TO US UNWORN WITH THE PRESENTATION BOX, PROTECTIVE PACKAGING, AND ANY ANISSA KERMICHE, BRAND TAGS, AND WARRANTY CARDS (WHERE PROVIDED).

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS FAULTY (I.E., DAMAGED, FAULTY PARTS, OR WITH A MANUFACTURING FAULT) OR YOU WOULD LIKE CUSTOMISATION WORK CARRIED OUT, WE MAY BE ABLE TO OFFER SPECIALIST REPAIRS, MADE-TO-MEASURE ALTERATIONS, CUSTOMISATIONS, OR EXCHANGES AS PART OF OUR AFTER-SALES SERVICE.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE MATERIALS USED ON THESE LUXURY ITEMS PLEASE HANDLE THEM WITH CARE WHEN TRYING THEM ON AND AVOID PUTTING THEM ON HARD SURFACES THAT CAN CAUSE SCRATCHES.

7. Prohibitions & Misuse

You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the website; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (commonly referred to as “spam”), or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Anissa Kermiche will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.

Anissa Kermiche will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

8. Prices

All prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

9. Jewellery Images and Descriptions

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and images of Anissa Kermiche jewellery are accurate. Digital photography has been used and in some cases colours may be slightly different in real life.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Anissa Kermiche, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

13. Newsletter and Promotional Contact
